Our R&D centre in Thailand's EEC: laboratory analysis, corrosion testing and a pilot plating line for trials on customer parts.
Every formulation is trialled on our pilot line and tested in our own laboratory before it reaches a customer, and our technical team uses the same equipment to analyse baths and solve problems on customer lines.
Salt spray test
Neutral salt spray testing of plated and passivated parts to confirm white and red rust hours.
X-ray fluorescence (XRF)
Non-destructive measurement of coating thickness and alloy composition, such as Zn-Ni content, on customer parts.
3D microscope
Close inspection of deposits, defects and cross-sections when troubleshooting a line.
Pilot plating line
Full process lines at production scale for trials on customer parts before a product goes on their line.
